How do I buy a course?

Once you have your account, all you have to do to buy a course is access your dashboard, select the course you wish to buy and simply click “add to cart.” Once you have proceeded to checkout and completed the transaction, the course will be available in your dashboard and be annotated by the link “take the training.” Just click on this link to begin the training.
If you are an employee of a firm who have already purchased training for your account, the courses they have purchased should already be “live” in your dashboard, so there will be nothing for you to do in this case. If you are in this situation and there are no courses showing as live in your dashboard, please contact us or notify your employer.

How do I view the Training Video?

Once you have selected the course to view by clicking on “take the training,” you must click on the play button on the video section of the screen. This will start the video streaming process, and the film will play right through until the end. The written text to the right of the video screen will scroll in time with the video. You must watch the video all the way through to the end to be given a test code.

How do I take the test?

Once you have viewed the full training video, the system will generate a test code for you to use to take the test. You can make a note of the code and revisit the site later to carry out the test, or you can simply copy & paste the test code straight away in the sections highlighted on the site, and follow the link “take the test.” Please note that if you elect to make a note of the code for later use, when you next log in to your dashboard that course will display “take the test” for you to do so.
You have 3 attempts to pass the test. If you are unsuccessful 3 times, the system will generate an email to us and notify us that there may be a learning issue. We will then have to reset your account.

How do I receive my certificate?

Every time you pass a test, the system will add this completed course to your profile. To access the certificates, click the “Account” heading, where you can then access “Get Certificates.” Just click on the course title of the certificate you want and you can download and print a PDF certificate. This is available immediately after you have passed a test.

Do I have unlimited access to the course?

Yes, you can view the training video as many times as you like prior to you taking the test.

Can I share my account with other people?

No. The system is designed around an individual, and will not allow duplication of users.

Why won't the training videos play?

Our videos require flash player to work correctly. If you don't have flash player installed on your machine please download it here.

How does the pricing plan work?

You make a monthly recurring payment by credit/debit card and this allows you to download a certain number of courses every month. For example, the Plus Pricing Plan allows you to download up to 250 courses each and every month you subscribe to the plan.

Is our company limited to the type of course we can take on a pricing plan?

No, you can download any course from the whole range of courses.

Can I still access my account and certificates if I cancel my pricing plan subscription?

Yes, you can still access your certificates and account. You will just need to reactivate your pricing plan to take more courses.

Can I cancel my pricing plan whenever I like?

Yes.

So does that mean I can purchase a batch of courses, then cancel after the courses have been completed?

Yes, though you would have to complete all of the courses before the next payment would have been due.

Why doesn't my certificate have my name on it?

You need to make sure that you have entered your personal details in your account. You can do this by clicking on "edit" in your dashboard and adding in your information.
