Slips, Trips and Falls Course

Introduction

Each year over a third of all major injuries reported are as a result from a slip, trip or fall. Costs to employers are over £500 million a year in lost production and other costs due to the injuries suffered as a result of a slip, trip or fall in the workplace. Therefore risk assessments should be performed to assess the risk to your employees.

There are various regulations you need to comply with. These include the Health & Safety at work etc. Act 1974, The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations and The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992.
